All dolls come as is. They're already dressed in their attire with accessories. For additional accessories please shop our clothing section.

• Can I customize my doll?
  

Please contact us to request customizations. We can seek to accommodate your needs.

• Are these toys safe for all ages?
  

All dolls and accessories are safe for children ages 3 and over. Please be mindful when children are playing with any toys.

• Can I return my order?
  

You can return your order by contacting us directly. We only take returns if the product is damaged severely. We make it our goal to make sure all our products from our manufacturers are in good condition.

• Can I buy 12 or more dolls or wholesale?
  

Yes. Please contact us to be directed on how to place a wholesale or bulk order.

• Can I be issued a refund?
  

Refunds can be issued to anyone who's order hasn't been shipped yet. If you receive your item and want to return it, once the item is shipped back you will be issued a refund.
